This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 193 acre property is in the town of Spencer, TN, Van Buren County, hunting Unit B. This property is accessible from both the southeast and the west sides. There is currently a gate from the road on the Northwest side to access, chain and lock to be put on by leaser. It was logged in approximately 2005/2006. Multiple ATV and logging roads remain. There is a stream running from west to east, dividing the land in half. Deer sign was found on both sides of the stream…tracks and runs crisscross the ATV trails leading to the water. This property is mosly hardwoods/plantation pines, however there are fields both to the west and east abutting the land. Multiple benches on the north side which drop down to the south east with many white oak trees. Thickets in the southeast corner with many deer trails crossing throughout. This property has multiple over grown trails that the deer are using heavily. Plenty of food found throughout the property making this land desirable for many deer. Campers are allowed on this property, respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
